Qualifications:

complete 18 years of age on the closing date of applications and have

(a) Any THREE passes in one and the same sitting at the G.C.E. A/L Examination, Sri Lanka or

(b) Successfully completed any foundation program adding up to 60 credits at Level 1 and Level 2 offered by the Open University of Sri Lanka or

(c) Successfully completed the Advanced /Certificate Programme in Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management offered by the Open University of Sri Lanka or

(d) Any other qualifications equivalent to or higher qualifications acceptable to the Senate of the OUSL.
