The applicant should have at least:
- Passed all three subjects in the G.C.E (A/L) examination in any stream, or
- Foundation course equivalent to SLQF level 02 after a minimum of 12 years of schooling, or
- Any other qualification acceptable to the Board of Study in Arts, CDCE, UOP
