Job Profile

• Liaisoning with suppliers for smooth loading of cargo and documentation.
• Coordinating with agents at the load port/discharge port for smooth arrival, berthing, and departure of the vessel.
• Placing work orders, coordinating with surveyors at the load port and discharge port, and processing surveyor payments.
• Finalization of tender documents for product imports and vessel chartering.
• Coordination of CPTSL for cargo testing and discharge with SLPA for vessel berthing.
• Monitoring of laytime usage and calculation, lodging claims, Demurrage, etc.
• Coordinating with suppliers, negotiating survey agencies for the rates, and appointing surveyors at load port and discharge ports.
• Coordinating with lawyers for legal disputes in shipping matters and ensuring customs compliance of the import shipments.
